Founder's Story
MindRenew was created by Dr. Els Neale out of a burden to help individuals renew their thinking while giving pastors and ministry leaders a more structured way to support emotional and spiritual care.
Rooted in pastoral ministry, mental wellness coaching, CBT-informed reflection, and research-informed practice, MindRenew brings together faith, guided reflection, emotional resilience, and responsible pastoral care.
The goal is simple: to create a calm, supportive digital space where people can slow down, notice their thoughts, reflect with purpose, and walk the journey of renewal with wisdom and support.
MindRenew is designed for faith-informed reflection, pastoral support, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, they should contact emergency services or call/text 988.
Renew your mind. Strengthen your spirit. Walk the journey with support.
