Begin Where You Are
Sometimes you know exactly what you're feeling. Other times, you simply know that something feels heavy, unsettled, frustrating, exhausting, or difficult to name.
MindRenew helps you begin where you are.
You don't need to know exactly what is wrong before you begin.
MindRenew includes pathways designed to help you start even when you cannot clearly name what you are experiencing.
Who Is MindRenew For?
Whether you are seeking personal renewal, supporting others in ministry, or leading a church — MindRenew has a pathway designed for you.
Understand what you're feeling, recognize what may be happening beneath the surface, renew your thinking, develop intentional practices, and move forward one step at a time.
Help pastors care for people with greater structure, consistency, confidence, and appropriate boundaries.
Help churches move from informal, inconsistent care toward a more structured and responsible pastoral-support system.
The MindRenew Process
MindRenew guides you through a structured process that moves from awareness to understanding, reflection, and intentional action.
Pause and become aware of what you're feeling, thinking, or carrying — even if you can't fully name it yet.
Recognize the beliefs, assumptions, or patterns that may be influencing how you feel and how you respond.
Consider whether the thought is accurate, helpful, balanced, or incomplete — without judgment.
Practice developing a healthier, more balanced perspective that is grounded in reality and faith.
Use guided questions and private journaling to deepen your awareness and capture what you're learning.
Integrate Scripture-informed insight thoughtfully — faith woven in, not added as an afterthought.
Translate reflection into practical action — one small, purposeful step forward.
These practices incorporate CBT-informed principles — cognitive behavioral approaches adapted for a faith-informed context. MindRenew is not therapy. It is a structured reflection and renewal platform designed to complement, not replace, professional care.

MindRenew turns reflection into a guided experience — giving individuals and ministry leaders practical tools they can return to throughout the week.
What you'll find inside:
For Churches & Ministry Leaders
Pastors care deeply, but ministry leaders cannot personally carry every need, remember every conversation, or provide continuous follow-up without structure.
MindRenew helps churches build a more intentional pastoral-care ecosystem.
Participants can continue reflecting and working through structured exercises outside the pastor's office.
Pastoral care can become more consistent rather than depending entirely on memory or informal communication.
Give ministry leaders tools and pathways to support people responsibly.
MindRenew reinforces that pastoral care has limits and that professional support may sometimes be appropriate.
Participants do not have to begin every conversation from zero.
Help churches support more people while maintaining appropriate oversight and human connection.
Why You Can Trust MindRenew
MindRenew has been developed through research, pastoral practice, social-science insight, faith-informed reflection, and CBT-informed principles — not assembled quickly or carelessly.
Built on established frameworks from cognitive behavioral (CBT-informed) approaches, pastoral care literature, and spiritual formation research.
MindRenew is not therapy. Its scope is clearly defined — reflection, renewal, and pastoral support — with responsible referral principles built in.
Designed for ongoing refinement through consent-aware participation, de-identified data exports, and structured reflection for responsible evaluation.
User privacy is taken seriously. Journal entries and personal reflections are treated with care and appropriate access controls.
Developed through years of pastoral ministry, mental wellness coaching, social research, and academic engagement — not built in isolation.
MindRenew reinforces that some needs require professional care. Appropriate referral awareness is embedded throughout the platform.
Dr. Elsworth Neale
Founder, MindRenew
Founder's Story
Dr. Elsworth Neale is a pastor, family life educator, relationship coach, mental health coach, social researcher, and academic lecturer. He created MindRenew out of a burden he carried for years in ministry.
He kept seeing the same gap: a pastoral conversation on Sunday, and then nothing structured to support the person on Monday. Someone struggling, but no consistent way to walk with them between conversations. Faith that was real, but no practical tools to help people examine their thinking and renew their minds.
MindRenew was built to close that gap — bringing together faith, guided reflection, CBT-informed practice, and responsible pastoral care in one structured platform. The goal is not to replace the pastor. It is to give the pastor — and the person they care for — something to work with between conversations.
Community & Impact
MindRenew is actively rolling out across churches, ministry networks, and individuals. Participant experiences and church partnerships will be shared here as they develop.
As MindRenew grows, this space will feature participating churches, ministry partners, denominations, and community partnerships. Names and logos are displayed only with explicit permission.
