Church & Pastoral Care Support

A Practical Tool for Churches and Pastoral Leaders

MindRenew gives churches a practical way to support members between services, counseling referrals, and pastoral conversations. It helps individuals reflect honestly while giving pastoral leaders a structured way to receive support requests and provide follow-up where appropriate.

With role-based access, care request workflows, and responsible boundaries built in, MindRenew equips churches to offer guided support — without overstepping into clinical care or creating unsustainable pastoral burdens.

Research-Informed Practice

Built with Care, Evaluated with Integrity

MindRenew also supports research-informed practice through consent-aware participation, de-identified exports, and structured reflection data for responsible evaluation.

Evidence-Informed Design

Built on established frameworks from cognitive behavioral (CBT-informed) approaches, pastoral care literature, and spiritual formation research.

Consent-Aware Participation

MindRenew supports research-informed practice through consent-aware participation, de-identified exports, and structured reflection data for responsible evaluation.

Founder's Story

Why MindRenew Exists

MindRenew was created by Dr. Els Neale out of a burden to help individuals renew their thinking while giving pastors and ministry leaders a more structured way to support emotional and spiritual care.

Rooted in pastoral ministry, mental wellness coaching, CBT-informed reflection, and research-informed practice, MindRenew brings together faith, guided reflection, emotional resilience, and responsible pastoral care.

The goal is simple: to create a calm, supportive digital space where people can slow down, notice their thoughts, reflect with purpose, and walk the journey of renewal with wisdom and support.

MindRenew is designed for faith-informed reflection, pastoral support, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, they should contact emergency services or call/text 988.
